Stylist – Ten X Club Stylists are fully licensed by the state of MA Cosmetology Board. A Stylist has a minimum of 2 years experience. Our Stylist level has completed our in house cut and color training program.
Senior Stylist – Our Senior level Stylists have been in the industry for a minimum of 4 years. Senior Stylists have completed a minimum of 5 continuing education courses.
Designer Stylist – Our Designer level Stylists have been in the industry a minimum of 6 years. They demonstrate regularly their commitment to their craft by beginning to mentor junior stylists both in technique and attitude. Designer Stylists have completed a minimum of 7 continuing education courses.
Premier Stylist – Our Premier Stylists have been in the industry for a minimum of 8 years. A Premier Stylist is requested by 50% of the clients they see. They not only demonstrate their commitment to their craft with mentoring of peers but demonstrating their leadership within our team. Premier Stylists have completed a minimum of 9 continuing education courses.
Master Stylist – Our Master level Stylists have been in the industry for a minimum of 10 years. A Master Stylist is one who is personally requested by 75% of the clients they see. They continue to mentor, lead in technique and in attitude. Master Stylists have completed a minimum of 11 continuing education courses.
Style Director – Our Style Directors are our most experienced and highly requested stylists. They have satisfied thousands of clients through their extensive education, commitment to their learning and the learning of others on the Ten X Club team. Our Stylist Directors constitute the
Ten X Club education team.
