Pilates works tirelessly to
hit your body’s core and increase stability & muscle strength.




Pilates Mat:  A technique that focuses on core stability and coordinated breathing. Included are a series of exercises created to develop a longer, leaner, stronger body.

Pilates Sculpt:  A combination of Pilates and traditional muscle conditioning. This class is designed to increase core strength and stability, as well as create a sculpted look through resistance training.

Pilates/Yoga Combo:  This class combines elements of Pilates and yoga. You will stretch and strengthen every muscle in your body while improving balance and posture.

Pilates Reformer Training:
Take your Pilates to the next level with one of our senior instructors.  Reformer training increases strength, muscle tone, and realigns your youthful posture.  This graceful form of exercise can be a form of meditation as much as it is conditioning.

Pilates Spring Wall Training:
A great intermediary from class to private training, the spring wall training is an excellent way to evolve your Pilates training.
